HIT Hgruntf with shield (HIT) by Sgt Wilko (and HIT of course!)

Firstly this is a HIT grunt with the shld wilcat gave me, i dont think he
made it (CS) but i could be wrong....

Pretty much the same but hey, the grunt + shld look sweet...

- The shield only works with the first head because of cpp file thing 
(which is almost imposible to find, i hvnt found it myself yet :p)

- The shield only deflects cirten round such as mp5, shotgun , uzi 
gauss but not 357, grenades, crossbow (i think) and minigun
(so many bullets at once it was hard to tell)

-It is the original valve model not H.D. or H.I.T. 
(not a problem but some plyrs like the HD/HIT more)

-The shield dont look great but like i said its beta so it will 
improve in latr versions :)

-The Hit box stays there but i have managed to make it only count as a
headshot in animation (death squences etc..) instead of damage ratio..

Thats about it, if u find any problems pls pm me so i can correct it 
latr on. Also give me credit if u use him..
